We appreciate your interest in our services and ask that you take a few minutes to carefully read through the Terms and Conditions for clients of Logotime.com.We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You must be at least 18 years of age, agree to these Terms and Conditions and complete the registration procedure in order to receive services from Logotime.com. By registering as a client, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements, that the information you include as part of the registration process is complete and accurate and, if you are registering on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. Logotime may accept or reject your registration at its sole discretion. The Service is not directed to children.
Payments are made via PayPal, using either your PayPal account or a major credit card.
We will notify you via email as soon as your payment has been confirmed. Your order will then be assigned to the designers and work will begin immediately. You will receive the initial design concept within 2-3 days.
The number of revisions allowed is determined by the package you purchase from 2 revisions with the $47 package to an unlimited number with the $197 package.
You agree to provide timely responses to our questions. You have 30 days to respond, accept or request revisions for each set of designs submitted for your review and approval. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will assume the project is complete. At such time, we will have no further obligation and no additional revisions will be made without additional payments being made.
Refunds
Excellent customer service is our mission. Our goal is to create a customized logo that accurately reflects the personality of your business and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with the end result. Therefore, once the initial logo designs have been delivered to you, we are no longer able to provide a refund. We have never had a refund request and we are confident that you will not be disappointed with our work.
Trademarks and Service Marks
It is your responsibility to perform due diligence on your company name and to be sure it is not already in use or trademarked by another business. It is also advisable to secure a trademark or copyright for your business in order to protect your legal rights to any name or image you choose. Logotime assumes no responsibility and is in no way liable for any legal action that may result from improper research as to the availability of a company name or image.
Ownership and Rights to Use
Ownership of the final artwork, which includes copyright and title, becomes your property, and you have unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. We retain the rights to display the artwork in our portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, or other preliminary materials, which you do not select or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of Logotime. You may purchase any or all of these preliminary designs for an additional fee.
